An enemy's hostility toward a particular player or character.

Short for "aggravation," aggro describes which player an enemy is currently targeting. Many games track a hidden threat value per player; actions like dealing damage or healing raise it, and the enemy attacks whoever has the most.

Example
The tank used a taunt to pull aggro off the healer.
