I-frames
Also known as: Invincibility frames, Invulnerability frames
Brief moments during an action when a character cannot be damaged.
Invincibility frames are the frames of an animation, such as a dodge roll, during which a character ignores incoming hits. Learning to time them is central to many action games.
Roll through the sweep attack; the i-frames will carry you.
